We use high-volume, rotary filling technology to co-pack juice and beverage products for commercial scale production. As a result, our bottling lines have a capacity to produce 50 million+ bottles per year. Premium beverage brands can trust our team to manage the entire process. Because we combine High Pressure Processing (HPP) with our beverage bottling, our services work well with premium juice blends, cold brews, teas and other functional beverages. We currently offer co-packing services in our Connecticut and California facilities.

Minimum requirements for co-packing with Universal Pure:

– Compatibility with High Pressure Processing (HPP)

– Flexible packaging (no aluminum, glass, etc.)

– Round or square bottles sizes 8oz – 32oz

– Cold-filled, non-carbonated liquids

– 20,000 bottle per run minimum

– Available in California and Connecticut
