LINCOLN, Neb., June 2, 2025 — Universal Pure, LLC (“Universal Pure” or the “Company”), the largest independent provider of high-pressure processing (“HPP”) and related food safety and technical services for cold chain-oriented human and pet food customers, today announced that industry veteran Trisha Rosado has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Trisha has more than 30 years of diverse financial leadership experience across the consumer-packaged goods and logistics sectors. A results-driven executive, she has held CFO and senior finance roles at private and public companies ranging from $500 million to $22 billion in revenue, including PepsiCo, Sara Lee Corporation, Hillshire Brands IPO team, US Foods and Flavors Holdings, LLC. As a long-time Chicago resident, Trisha earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University.
