2018 Food Safety Summit Interview With Universal Pure CEO Mark Duffy

Earlier this year, our team participated in the 2018 Food Safety Summit in Rosemont, IL. This was our first time exhibiting under our new Universal Pure branding, which included our redesigned trade show booth. We were well represented as “the largest provider of outsourced HPP services in North America.”

In addition to his speaking engagement during the event, our CEO, Mark Duffy, spoke with The National Provisioner about the new Universal Pure name and what the future holds for the company and the industry, as well as how High Pressure Processing (HPP) can benefit manufacturers, retailers, and consumers alike.
