Reflecting on 2020 –
This year has brought many challenges, not only to Universal Pure, but to the food supply chain as a whole. It is a year that has not only stretched us operationally, but has also demonstrated the resilience of our team and our customers to adapt and persevere in times of uncertainty. As we look back over the past year, we are grateful for the lessons learned and the customer relationships that have gained more strength during times of difficulty. Even in the midst of continued challenges, we remain optimistic as we close out this year and look ahead into a new year full of endless possibilities for growth and success.
Looking Ahead to 2021 –
As Universal Pure enters its 20th year of providing high quality and safe cold chain solutions to our customers and the food industry, we look ahead with renewed energy and vision. 2021 will not only be Universal Pure’s 20th corporate anniversary, but also our 10th anniversary in the high pressure processing industry. The juncture of these two milestones provides yet another opportunity to reflect on our customer relationships, and the positive impact both Universal Pure and our customers have on the integrity of the food supply chain.
We couldn’t have achieved these milestones without the trust and support of our customers. Thank you to those who have entrusted us with your products – it is our privilege and honor to work with amazing companies and brands every day. We are excited to kick-off this milestone year and to continue working with you in carrying out our mission of “always looking ahead to advance the safety and quality of what we eat and drink.” Together, through innovation and a common purpose, we will continue to work with you to enhance and safeguard the cold supply chain.
