Ibrahim Kodi, out of our Lincoln, NE facility, is a shining example of this. After suddenly losing his eyesight and hoping to maintain some of his independence, through fate, Ibrahim came to us seeking fulfillment in life through his work. Overcoming multiple challenges, his commitment to excellence never waivered and he quickly became the most efficient at his particular project task. He is a valuable asset to Universal Pure, and has also gained the attention of our project partner, Hormel Foods. We are inspired by Ibrahim’s perseverance to focus on his skills and overcome his challenges to do great things – he might have lost his physical sight, but he never lost his vision.
